Had this gem in my Bizarre News this morning: "Forces of nature are not something to play around with and dry ice is not something to play around with," said school Superintendent Ron Bennett.

Allow me to comment in an adult and polite rebuttal. *clears throat* Like hell it's not something to play with!! Have you completely lost your mind?!? Dry ice is one of the cooler things in lab. You think that the wimpy explosion of dry ice and water is bad, try using an alcohol - specifically methanol - instead. The resulting *BANG* is much more impressive. Though, if you use water, there's no evidence of the explosion when the authorities show up...just some water on the ground. The carbon dioxide dissipates and you're home free....I mean, I would never plan activites that are less than legal. Why do you ask? *innocent Bambi eyes*
