sabineProblem: October in Wisconsin is cold. Glow Cloud cosplays are not inherently warm.
Solution: Make a light-up wrap to go over jacket.
Problem: Wrap needs ALL THE LIGHTS. No lights left for skirt.
Solution: Order more lights.
