This half & half that I bought is alarming me. I got it a couple of days ago; the expiration date isn't until mid-January.
Have they irradiated it in addition to pasteurizing it? If I have too much of it, will I get super powers? I'm awfully confused. I'm just not used to dairy having such longevity.
